Returns & Refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on most items. Furniture must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been assembled beyond the included assembly, modified, or damaged through use.

Email support@zenithorainnovations.com with your order number and a short note about the item, or call +1 740 212 6369. We issue a return authorisation and book collection, usually within three business days.

If the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not what you ordered, collection and refund are entirely free. For change-of-mind returns, a collection fee is deducted from your refund: $89 for parcel items and $149 for large furniture requiring a two-person team.

Once the item is back with us and inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within three business days. Your bank typically takes a further 3–10 business days to post it.

Original delivery charges are refunded only when the return is due to damage, a fault or our error.

Want a different finish or size? We treat it as a return plus a new order so you are never waiting on stock. Tell us at the time of your request and we will waive the collection fee on the exchanged piece.

Warranty periods are listed on each product page and cover manufacturing and structural defects in normal household use. They do not cover normal wear, fabric fading, accidental damage or commercial use. Send photographs and your order number and we will assess the claim within five business days.

Orders can be cancelled in full for a complete refund at any point before dispatch. Once a piece is with the carrier, the return process above applies.
