By browsing this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; the version published at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing was published in error, or if we suspect fraud — in which case you are refunded in full.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. Payment is authorised when you place the order and captured when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.

Wood grain, stone veining and natural fibres vary from piece to piece, so colour and pattern may differ slightly from photographs. Dimensions are listed with a tolerance of plus or minus one inch. This variation is a property of natural materials, not a defect.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, resell our imagery or product copy, or use it for anything unlawful. Site content, photography and branding remain the property of Zenithora Innovations LLC.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and disputes fall to the courts of Oakland County, Michigan.
