Shipping & Delivery

Orders of $999 or more ship free anywhere in the continental United States. Below that, a flat delivery fee of $89 applies per order, no matter how many pieces you buy.

We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or outside the United States. If you need a freight quote to a forwarder, email us and we will arrange it.

Each product page lists its own lead time. Smaller pieces usually leave within 3–5 business days, upholstery within 5–10, and made-to-order tables within 10–14. Back-ordered items show an estimated window at the time of purchase.

Transit typically adds 3–8 business days depending on distance. You will receive a tracking reference as soon as your order is dispatched.

Large items travel with a two-person white-glove team. They call ahead to book a two-hour window, carry the piece into the room of your choice, complete any light assembly included with the product, and remove all packaging.

Please make sure doorways, stairwells and elevators can accommodate the dimensions listed on the product page. If a piece cannot be brought in safely, return shipping costs apply.

Nightstands, chairs and accessories ship by standard carrier and are left at your door. No signature is required unless you request one.

Inspect your delivery before the team leaves. If anything is damaged, note it on the delivery paperwork, photograph it and contact us within 72 hours. We will repair, replace or refund the item at no cost to you.

Weather, carrier backlogs and supply issues occasionally push dates. If your order will be delayed by more than five business days, we contact you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
